Maria visited Four Lanes Infant School recently. She met with Head Teacher, Mrs Mallaby and the school council. Mrs Mallaby gave Maria a tour of the school, where she was able to meet many of the children and staff. Maria then met with the school council for a Q and A session.

Maria said: “It was good to see how motivated and engaged the children were both in the school and extra-curricular activities. The questions from the council were far ranging and I am constantly encouraged to see how keen such young pupils in Basingstoke are to contribute to both their  school and the wider community.”
