Maria met Mrs Larissa James, Head Teacher for a catch up on the latest developments at the school, including the recent expansion of the school to accommodate the increasing number of infant school children from new local housing development.  Mrs James gave Maria a tour of the school, where she was able to meet many of the children and staff and watch some of the classes.

Maria said: “I very much enjoyed my visit to Merton Infant School, where Mrs James and her team are clearly committed to ensuring an excellent standard of education for all pupils.  It was wonderful to see the children obviously very engaged in all their lessons.”
