MP Maria Miller Visited Basingstoke's Shopmobility to meet Basingstoke Roll organisers, Basingstoke and District Disability Forum (BDDF).

The Basingstoke Roll is an Annual Charity treasure hunt which sees teams navigate their way around the town centre in wheelchairs. The event allows teams to experience what accessibility is like in the town for wheelchair users.

Maria commented; “The Basingstoke Roll is an excellent annual event which encourages people to experience life as a wheelchair user in Basingstoke. We live in a great town and we need to make sure life is fully accessible for disabled residents and visitors. The BDDF have to be congratulated on their excellent commitment to ensuring that Basingstoke offers disabled residents and visitors support and the ability to enjoy the facilities Basingstoke has to offer."
