Disability Challengers is a registered children’s charity, which provides exciting and challenging play and leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people, through a range of community based projects across Hampshire and Surrey.

The Basingstoke Youthscheme provides a wide range of opportunities to disabled young people aged 13 to 18, including a varied programme of activities at the Spotlight Centre, and fun day trips out and about.

Maria said: “This is a great organisation which offers young people the chance to get together, have fun and do new things, no matter what their disability. It also means that their families can relax, knowing that the young people are having a wonderful time and are in a safe environment.
